Jetlag

Though only jetlag is mentioned under this category, the reality is that travel involves quite a lot of adaptive effort.  Our routines are challenged by preparations, hurrying to be on time, only to find oneself in long queues with other travelers.  There are often delays, cancellations, and unforeseen events such as missed connections and luggage that is not on the carousel.  The food on board is usually awful and our bodies and minds are tired by the time we arrive at the destination.  If we happen also to be traveling in the tropics, we may be exposed to the risk of insect bites and whatever infections may occur.  So, to cover several bases, a few additional bottles can be added to the travel kit.
